1. PROPERTY CONVEYANCES: Do Council Members wish to hold hearings?
i) Lollin and Kerrick Buildings, 236-238 South Main Street. Historical restoration of the buildings includes the reconstruction of two balconies on one of the buildings. The existing buildings encroach on the public right-of-way, $1,428.00 payment for a five year term. Contract is 10 years with renewal option of 10 years. Council Members did not want a hearing.
ii) Within South Temple where it abuts 400 West Street, for building of a small office and restroom for UTA employees only. $405 yearly. Temporary building, 1 year lease, with yearly lease renewal. Long range goal is to extend lightrail south on 400 West and move the building. Council Members did not want a hearing.
