Your liaison will be providing you a list of individuals the letters are generally sent to. We will assure there are no duplicates across boundaries. The cost of the letters will be distributed appropriately among communication budgets.
Would you approve a link from your personal Web pages to the open house recording?
Would you each like a copy of the postcard linked to your respective Web pages? Ms. Gust-Jenson said for Council Members who were hosting the joint meeting on October 30, 2008 regarding 1300 East Road Safety Audit. She said there was an invitation letter, draft press release, post cards and other questions which Council Members needed to review and provide feedback to Council Staff.

We would like to invite you to a multi-district Open House to discuss the audit results of Phase One of the 1300 East Road Safety Audit which includes the area from South Temple to 2100 South. The Salt Lake City Transportation Division recently teamed with the Utah Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) at Utah State University to address 1300 East safety. We are meeting with the community to discuss the proposed changes for improved safety to the area, based on the audit.
We hope you consider attending the Open House to be held at Uintah Elementary, 1571 East 1300 South on Thursday, October 30, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Please contact us or the City Council Office at 535-7600 if you have questions or need additional information.

Salt Lake City Council Multi-District Open House
[Salt Lake City, Utah] – Council Members Luke Garrott, Jill Remington Love, JT Martin, and Søren Simonsen will host a Salt Lake City Council Open House on Thursday, October 30, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Uintah Elementary, 1571 East 1300 South.
The Salt
Lake City Transportation Division recently teamed with the Utah Local Technical
Assistance Program (LTAP) at Utah State University to complete Phase One of the
Road Safety Audit of 1300 East from South Temple to 2100 South. As a result, the
audit has proposed various changes to increase safety for all modes of
transportation on 1300 East. The Open House will feature a presentation from the
Transportation Division followed by a question and answer opportunity. The open
house will be filmed for additional broadcast opportunity on the Internet and
SLCTV.
