A. Property Conveyance: Does the Council wish to hold a hearing?
1. City right of way extends several feet into front yard area of this resident. In order to add a driveway, and connect it on this steep street and lot, it is necessary to terrace on each side of the driveway. The driveway goes through the right of way to connect to the street. No public hearing.
