RESOLUTION NO. 5 OF 2013
(Confirming the appointment of
Tom Godfrey and David L. Buhler)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Section 17B-1-303 the City Council announced a pending vacancy on the board of trustees of the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Tom Godfrey and David L. Buhler are qualified to serve as member of the board of trustees of Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy for a four-year term until January 1, 2017;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
That the appointment by the City Council of Salt Lake City of Tom Godfrey and David L. Buhler as a members of the board of trustees of Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy be, and is confirmed.
