RESOLUTION 53 OF 2013
A resolution authorizing the issuance and sale not to exceed $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the City's sales and excise tax revenue bonds for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs relating to the Sugarhouse streetcar project and related improvements; giving authority to certain officers to approve the final terms and provisions of such bonds within certain parameters and providing for related matters.
