RESOLUTION NO. 4 of 2016
A Resolution approving the issuance of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2016A, in the aggregate principal amount of $6,755,000; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Second Amendment to Master Lease Agreement, a Construction Agency Agreement, a Purchase Contract, a Ground Lease, a Tax Certificate, a Preliminary Official Statement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and other agreements and documents required in connection therewith; approving the sale of such Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Resolution; and related matters.
