RESOLUTION NO. 39 OF 2016
A Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $9,000,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A, of Salt Lake City, Utah; providing for the levy of taxes to pay principal of and interest on the Bonds; providing for the use of the proceeds thereof; making certain findings and covenants in connection therewith; providing for a system of registration therefor; ratifying actions heretofore taken; making certain representations and covenants concerning maintenance of the tax-exempt status of interest thereon under the federal income tax laws; approving the form and authorizing the execution of a Purchase Agreement and an Escrow Agreement; giving authority to certain officers to approve the final terms and provisions of the Bonds within the parameters set forth herein; and providing for related matters.
