RESOLUTION NO. 36 OF 2016
A Resolution directing the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah to undertake a certain Project through the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2017A; approving the plans, specifications and estimated costs of the Project to be financed with a portion of the proceeds of such Bonds; and providing for related matters.
