RESOLUTION 31 of 2014
(Confirming the appointment of
John Mabey)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Section 17B-1-303 the City Council announced a pending vacancy on the board of trustees of the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that John Mabey is qualified to serve as member of the board of trustees of Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy for a four-year term until January 1, 2019;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
That the appointment by the City Council of Salt Lake City of John Mabey as a member of the board of trustees of Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy be, and is, confirmed.
