RESOLUTION NO. 20 of 2016
A Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not-to-exceed $20,000,000 Salt Lake City, Utah Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 2016, and entering into certain covenants and making certain representations in connection therewith; giving authority to certain officers to approve the final terms and provisions and confirm the sale of the notes within the parameters set forth in this resolution; approving the form of notes; approving an official statement; and related matters.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 24th day of May, 2016.
