Resolution No. 19 of 2014
A Resolution of the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah (the “issuer”) authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a first amendment to loan agreement relating to the issuer’s Tax-Exempt Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Intsel West Properties, LLC Project), Series 2008A; approving the execution and delivery by the issuer of other documents required in connection therewith; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this resolution; and related matters.
