Resolution No. 18 of 2014
A resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not-to-exceed $12,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Sales and Excise Tax Revenue Bonds for the purpose of financing various City buildings, parks, property, and roads and related improvements; authorizing the execution and delivery of a supplemental trust indenture to secure said bonds; giving authority to certain officials and officers to approve the final terms and provisions of the bonds within the parameters set forth herein; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters
