Resolution No. 16 of 2014
A Resolution authorizing the issuance and the sale of not-to-exceed $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Motor Fuel Excise Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of constructing, repairing, and maintaining streets and roads; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Master Trust Indenture and a First Supplemental Trust Indenture to secure said bonds; giving authority to certain officials and officers to approve the final terms and provisions of the bonds within the parameters set forth herein; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters.
