RESOLUTION NO. 11 of 2016
A Resolution authorizing the issuance and the sale of not to exceed $26,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Sales and Excise Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds of the City; authorizing the execution and delivery of a supplemental trust indenture to secure said bonds; giving authority to certain officials and officers to approve the final terms and provisions of the bonds within the parameters set forth herein; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters.
