RESOLUTION NO. 99 OF 1913
A resolution that the Commission goes on record as favoring the City ownership of its street lighting, and hereby pledges an appropriation of not less than $50,000 in its budget the coming year with which to begin the acquisition of such lighting system. (resolution laid over until Tuesday, September 16, 1913).
