RESOLUTION NO. 85 OF 1911

A resolution that in consideration of the payment of the City’s half of the cost of grading Fifteenth East to enable the building of an electric car line from Williams Avenue south along 15^th East to 12^th South, the cost of engineering for grading and in curbing and guttering same, be paid out of the general fund.

Adopted by the City Council on May 8 1911.
