RESOLUTION NO. 6 OF 1916
A resolution that the Superintendents of the various departments be required to meet at 9:30 A.M. on the second Monday of each month and discuss ways and means of increasing efficiency of the service to the public and to secure closer co-operation in work that affects more than one department.
