RESOLUTION NO. 63 OF 1911
A resolution that a Special Committee be appointed to investigate the rumors that the Utah Independent Telephone Company is owned and controlled by the Rocky Mountain Telephone Company and decide whether or not the franchise should be forfeited. (two additional members added to make a five member committee)
