RESOLUTION NO. 40 OF 1916

A resolution permitting the Utah Oil Refining Company to include within its fence, a part of the sidewalk adjacent to its works and property on 8^th North Street between 3^rd West and 4^th West streets.

Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 12^th day of July, 1916.
