RESOLUTION NO. 27 OF 1911
A resolution that this Council does hereby respectfully request the Legislature to enact a stringent measure providing for the publication by all political parties of a list of any contributions of money or property of any kind received from any person, firm, association or corporation stating the names, dates, and amounts of such contributions, such list to be published before election day, and such law providing for severe penalties for the violation of any of its provisions.
