RESOLUTION NO. 23 OF 1911

A resolution that the City Engineer be directed to prepare data, etc. as to feasibility of the City installing an electric plant or plants in City Creek, Cottonwood Canyon, or other place for better lighting of the City.

Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City Utah, this 14^th day of February, 1911.
