RESOLUTION NO. 159 OF 1911
A resolution that the franchise granted to Utah Independent Telephone Company be hereby, declared forfeited and is hereby declared to be absolutely null and void and said company to remove all poles, wires, conduits, and other property from the streets of the City within 30 days.
