RESOLUTION NO. 147 OF 1911
A resolution directing the Superintendent of Waterworks to enforce the provisions of Section 795 of the Revised Ordinances by installing water meters at the expense of the water taker in all cases where said Superintendent shall discover that the water supply of the City is being wasted. Section 795 prohibits the waste of water and provides a penalty therefor in the form of a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment in the City jail for not more than 100 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
