RESOLUTION NO. 145 OF 1911
A resolution regarding a dispute between the City and the Utah Light and Railway Company as to what space in the streets should be graded by the Utah Light and Railway Company in the construction of track. Be it resolved that the ordinance reads fifteen feet on each side of the track that this Council insists that it means 15-feet from the end of the track ties, and not 15-feet from the rails.
