RESOLUTION NO. R-2-2019

Adopting City Code 3.60 (Donations to City) as an RDA Policy for Donations to the RDA

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY ADOPTING CITY CODE 3.60 (DONATIONS TO CITY) AS AN RDA POLICY FOR DONATIONS TO THE RDA

WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (“RDA”) Board of Directors (“Board”) finds that there is good cause to adopt City Code 3.60 (Donations to City) as a policy and process for accepting donations to the RDA.

                NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY:

1.             The RDA adopts City Code 3.60 as a policy and process for potential acceptance of donations to the RDA.
