4.       PLNAPP2010-00789 Ginman Appeal of Administrative Decision – A request by Marie Ginman to appeal an administrative decision that declined recognition of five dwelling units but affirmed approval of four dwelling units located at 341 - 343 E Stanton Avenue. The subject property is zoned SR-3 Special Development Pattern Residential District and is located in City Council District 4, represented by Luke Garrott.
