Woodruff Variance Request at approximately 1109 S 700 East - Harold Woodruff, architect, representing the property owner, June Jeim, is requesting a variance to construct a single-family home that does not meet the required side yard setbacks of ten feet on one side and four feet on the other. The proposed structure would have setbacks of five feet on each side. The fire damaged house that is currently on site will be demolished to accommodate this new construction has side yard setbacks of two feet and three feet. The subject property is located at 1109 S 700 East and is located in the R-1/5,000 Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
