Appeal of Historic Landmark Commission decision at approximately 432 North 300 West (Bishop Place) - Bruce Baird and Seth Ensign, attorneys representing International Real Estate Solutions, are appealing nine Historic Landmark Commission decisions (Petition Numbers PLNHLC2017-00014, -00015, -00021, -00023, -00028, -00031, -00027, -00022 and -00018) which denied certificates of appropriateness for the demolition of nine contributing historic properties on or about Bishop Place. The subject properties are located in the Capitol Hill Local Historic District and are zoned SR-3 (Special Development Pattern Residential District).
