Avenues Proper Restaurant Appeal at approximately 376 E 8th Avenue - Andrew Tendick is requesting an appeal of an administrative decision that was issued on August 7, 2014. The applicant requested clarification on whether or not beer brewed at the Avenues Proper Restaurant could be sold or provided off-site. City staff determined that these activities meet the definition of a "brewery" which is not permitted in the RMU-35 Residential/Mixed Use zoning district.
