Appeal of a Planning Commission Decision at approximately 68 E Columbus Court - The Appellant, Jeremy Ferre an abutting property owner to the subject property, is appealing a Planning Commission Decision (Petition Number PLN2016-00793) to approve special exceptions for building height, wall height and grade changes at the address noted above. The Appellant contends that the Planning Commission’s decision was based on incorrect information provided by the property owner and Planning Division. The subject property is located in the R-2 Single- and Two-Family Residential District. The subject property is within Council District 3, represented by Stan Penfold.
