Appeal of an Administrative Decision at approximately 568 S 900 East - The Appellants, Matt and Jessica Boardman, own the subject parcel and reside in one of the triplex units in the principal building on the site. It is located within the RMF-30 (Low Density Multi-Family Residential) zoning district. The property is currently under enforcement by HAZE (Housing and Zoning Enforcement) for utilizing artificial turf in front yards and park strips. Mr. and Ms. Boardman have appealed the enforcement decision for various reasons including that they do not believe that the ordinance governing such use is readily available to the public and that it is unclear on the matter of artificial turf. The properties are currently under enforcement by HAZE (Housing and Zoning Enforcement) for utilizing artificial turf in front yards and park strips. Ms. Hildebrandt has appealed that administrative decision because she does not believe that the ordinance governing such use is readily available to the public and that it is unclear on the matter of artificial turf.
