Reversed Planning Commission Decision for Conditional Use Approval
Svendsen Landscape Requirement Variance at 1680 S Main Street - Paul Svendsen is requesting a Variance from the landscape requirement at the above listed property. The proposed site is located in the CC Commercial Corridor District. The landscaping has been constructed. The Petitioner is asking to remove the required landscaping in order to increase the number of parking stalls. The building was built in 1927, prior to parking requirements.
