Emory/Watson Appeal of Administrative Decision at approximately 1076 E 200 South – This is the continuation of a public hearing from May 4, 2016. Joy Emory and Patrick Watson are appealing a decision of the Zoning Administrator finding a current building permit for interior remodeling to be valid. The permit is key in allowing the conversion from a former 24-bed rooming house to a 20-unit multi-family dwelling. A public hearing will be held to consider the evidence.
