Jeremy Street Variance Request at 1089 S Jeremy Street - Mackenzie Decker, property owner, is requesting three variances to construct a single-family home that does not meet the required interior side yard setbacks of ten feet on one side and four feet on the other, the garage door exceeds fifty percent of the facade width and the garage protrudes in front of the front building line. The proposed structure would have setbacks of four feet on one side and eight feet on the other side. The property is currently vacant. The subject property is located in the R-1/5000 Single-Family Residential Zoning District and is within Council District 2, represented by Andrew Johnston.
