1.     Appeal of an Administrative Interpretation at approximately 675 E Second Avenue – Mitchell McAllister, property owner, is appealing Administrative Interpretation PLNZAD2018-00837. The Administrative Interpretation determined that the subject property is not a legal complying lot; and therefore, a new single-family home could not be constructed. The subject property is located in the SR-1A Special Development Pattern Residential zoning district and the Avenues Local Historic Overlay District. The subject property is located within Council District 3, represented by Chris Wharton. 2.     Variance to Construct a New Single-Family Dwelling at 802 W Fayette Avenue - Cameron Broadbent, property owner, is requesting a variance to construct a new single-family dwelling that does not comply with the required corner side yard setback. The subject property is located within the R-1/5000 Single-Family Residential zoning district, which requires a minimum corner side yard setback of ten feet. The Applicant is requesting the reduced setback due to the lot being narrow and in order to provide additional fire access.
