Appeal of an Administrative Interpretation at approximately 5650 W 610 South - The applicant, Dave Robinson Architects, is appealing an administrative interpretation (Case Number PLNZAD2016-00961) regarding the parcel located at the above listed property. That determination stated that "the subject parcel has two front yards and all regulations regarding front yards must be followed on the western street frontage along 610 South and eastern street frontage along 5600 West". The Applicant contends that only one front yard should be recognized on the subject parcel. The subject property is located in the M-1 Light Manufacturing Zoning District.
