Lieber/Dahle Appeal of a Sign Permit and Nuisance Determination at approximately 299 S Main Street –AHL-Utah, LLC; Atec, LLC; Temkin Center Properties, and the Cindy Dahle Irrevocable Trust together are appealing the approval of a sign permit and a decision of the Zoning Administrator finding that an electronic sign located at the above listed property is not a nuisance.
