1.    PLNSUB2010-00397: Premium Plaza Subdivision:  A request by CLC Associates on behalf of Premium Oil for a four-lot subdivision generally located at approximately 278 West 2100 South.  The properties are located in the CG (General Commercial) zoning district and in Council District 5, represented by Jill Remington Love. 2.    PLNBOA2010-00527 Electrical Meter:  A request be Parkside Heights Condominium Association, represented by Thomas Redford, for the  installation of an electric meter on an accessory structure at approximately 2588 S. 900 East.  The subject property is zoned RMF-30 and the property is currently developed with a condominium complex.  (Staff: Maryann Pickering 535-7660 or maryann.pickering@slc.gov).

3.    PLNBOA2010-00555: Garage: A request by Caputo Inc. on behalf of Jerry Griffin to demolish and reconstruct an accessory Structure at approximately 1754 Oneida Street. The property is currently in the R-1/7,000 zoning district. (Staff: Josh Beach at Josh.beach@slc.gov).

ACTION TAKEN:  Approved

4.    PLNSUB2010-00503 – Amendment to the Lowe’s Subdivision: A request by Jemsite Development Company to create a new 26,613 square foot lot on the southeast corner of 1300 South 300 West. The subject property is located at approximately 1335 South 300 West in a C-G (General Commercial) zoning district and in Council District 5 represented by Jill Remington Love (Staff: John Anderson at (801) 535-7214 or john.anderson@slcgov.com).
