1. PLNPCM2009-00953 McIntire Building Elevator Shaft Expansion – Request for conditional use approval to expand the elevator shaft on the rooftop of the McIntire Building located at 68 S. Main Street. The applicant proposes to increase the overall size of the elevator shaft including a slight increase in height to accommodate new elevator equipment. The McIntire Building is a designated historic structure in Salt Lake City. The subject property is located in City Council District 4, represented by Luke Garrott

2. PLNSUB2009-00079 - West Properties Minor Subdivision – at approximately 349 West 1600 South by West Properties L.L.C. requesting preliminary approval for a five lot minor subdivision with lots fronting on both 1600 South and Hansen Avenue (1650 South). The site is located in the CG (General Commercial) zoning district in Council District 5 represented by Jill Remington Love. This petition was approved at an Administrative Public Hearing on July 9, 2009 but must be re-heard to correct a public notice error.
