Petition #PLNSUB2008-00319 The Meridien at Capitol Park Condominium Amendment – located at approximately 400 East Capitol Park Avenue. A request by Pembroke Capitol Park LLC for preliminary approval of a condominium plat amendment. The proposed amendment combines Units 105 and 106 into one unit (Unit 105) and Units 205 and 206 into one unit (Unit 205). The plat also shows adjustments to the square footage of units 501 and 502 resulting from enclosing a portion of the balcony. The property is located in the RMF-35 Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential District in Council District Three, represented by Eric Jergensen.
