2. PLNPCM2009-01019; Extension of Existing Monopole- A request by Clearwire for a Conditional Use to increase the height of an existing monopole from 55 feet 6 inches to 80 feet at approximately 2779 West Directors Row. 3. PLNSUB2010-00104- Metropolis Subdivision- A request by Marshall Properties Inc. to consolidate three lots located at 342, 344 and 346 South 500 East into a single lot. The subject property is located in an RMU (Residential Mixed Use) zoning district and in Council District 4 represented by Luke Garrott (Staff: Nick Britton at (801) 535-6107 or nick.britton@slcgov.com).

4. PLNSUB2010-00022- Located at approximately 2001 South 1045 West.  A minor subdivision request by Riverside One Prope1iies LLC to reconfigure two existing lots into two new lots in the CG zoning district (Staff: Ana Valdemoros at (801) 535-7236 or ana.valdemoros@slcgov.com).
