Petition PLNPCM2009-00054 The Trap Door Conditional Use – located approximately at 615 West 100 South Street. Nadine Michel has requested conditional use approval to allow an outdoor patio for a private club. Action Taken:

 

Approved with the following conditions:

 

1. All necessary building permits for this structure shall be obtained from the building department;

2. Compliance with all other City department requirements; and

3. Noise levels shall be consistent with the standards of the Salt Lake Valley Health Department.

 

Petition PLNSUB2009-00033 Nintech East IX – located at approximately 1400 South 3900 West.  A request made by Ninigret Technology East to create a six lot subdivision between Gustin Road and Distribution Drive. Action Taken:

 

Approved with the following conditions:

 

1. A final subdivision plat application shall be filed with the Planning Division and the final plat shall be recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder;

2. Applicant shall comply with all division requirements prior to the recordation of this plat; 

3. An avigation easement shall be featured on the final plat, and recorded as part of this subdivision; and

4. Mandatory flood insurance is required for Lots 29-31 as they are located in the flood plain.
