Petition #PLNSUB2008-00800 Glendale Addition Subdivision Amendment – located approximately between Emery Street, Hayes Avenue, 1100 West, and Mead Avenue. A request by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City for preliminary approval of an amendment to the Glendale Addition Subdivision. There are currently 18 single-family homes and 3 duplexes within the project area that are owned by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake and function as a single public housing development. The purpose of the subdivision is to create separate lots for each structure in order to sell the homes individually.
