PLNSUB2011-00069- Public Safety Building Minor Subdivision – A request by Mayor Ralph Becker and Salt Lake City Corporation for preliminary approval of a three (3) lot minor subdivision that includes two commercial lots and one government institutional lot as part of the Public Safety Building project. The purpose is to consolidate multiple parcels into three lots. The subdivision is located at approximately 475 South 300 East and 320 East 400 South, in Council District Four, represented by Luke Garrott.
