ADMINISTRATIVE CONSIDERATION OF

PLAT AMENDMENTS, MINOR SUBDIVISIONS

AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS MINUTES

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2001

Doug Wheelwright was the hearing officer for all of the items.

 

1.  Madison Estates Subdivision, Phase 2 Amendment of lots 44a, 60a, 61, 62a, 69a, 70, 71a, 83, 83, 84 & 85; Glendale Gardens Plat “A” Amendment of lots 10, 18, 19 & 24, located between Redwood Road and Montgomery Street at approximately II 30 to 1220 South. Iverson Homes L.C. is requesting approval to amend the boundaries of the Madison Estates Phase 2 & Glendale Gardens Plat "A" Subdivisions. The Properties involved in these two subdivisions are zoned R-1/500 and SR-3.

 

DeWayne Iverson, petitioner, was present for the hearing. Ronald and Deborah Davis, Jay lngleby, Phillip and Sandy Gayn and Gordon Gardner were present from the public.

 

Greg Mikolash presented the staff report outlining the major issues of the case, and went through the departmental comments of which is filed with the minutes.

 

There were concerns from the public who attended the meeting.  The item was approved with the conditions listed in the staff report

 

2.  Albert Place Subdivision amendment of lots 22-37, located at approximately 943, 947, 951 South 900 West. Elaine M. Mattson is requesting approval to legalize these existing 4 lots, the property involved is this subdivision is zoned R-1-500 and is .73 of an acre.

 

Elaine Mattson, petitioner, was present for the hearing. Ed Stone, Agnes Mattson and Randall Thacker were present from the public.

 

Jackie Gasparik presented the staff report outlining the major issues of the case, and went through the departmental comments of which is filed with the minutes.

 

There were no objections. The item was approved.

 

3.  Lewis Brothers Stages Minor Subdivision, located at approximately 600 West 500 South. Mr. Steven 0. Lewis is requesting approval to consolidate the six parcels he currently owns and uses into one large lot to facilitate future development and operations of his business, the property involved in this subdivision is zoned CG and is 2.48 of an acre.

 

Steven Lewis, petitioner, was present for the hearing. Dennis Potwin was present from the public.

There were no objections. The item was approved.
