ADMINISTRATIVE CONSIDERATION OF

PLAT AMENDMENTS, MINOR SUBDIVISIONS

AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS MINUTES

MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2001

Doug Wheelwright was the hearing officer for all of the items.

 

1.  Moffitt three-lot minor subdivision; located at approximately 760 – 812 South Redwood Road and 1720 – 1740 W. Indiana Avenue.  The property is zoned Light Manufacturing “M-1” and General Commercial C-G.  The subdivision to break up the old Kedman property into three lots and consists of 7.3926 acres. 

 

Mike Moffitt, petitioner, was present for the hearing. Gene Moffitt, Robert Taylor, Steven Clark, Steven Condie and Paul Wertenskow were present from the public.

 

Jackie Gasparik presented the staff report outlining the major issues of the case, and went through the departmental comments of which is filed with the minutes.

 

There were no objections. The item was approved.

 

2.  Rob Long Minor two-lot subdivision; located at approximately 648, 650 East Ely Place (650 South).  The property is zoned SR-3.  The proposal is to legalize two existing lots that consist of .22 acres.

 

Robert Long, petitioner, was present for the hearing.  Wally Wright were present from the public.

There were no objections. The item was approved.
