No. 69 of 2013
(Repealing obsolete central business improvement district advisory board regulations)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OBSOLETE REGULATIONS IN CHAPTER 2.36, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, it is proposed that obsolete provisions in Chapter 2.36, Salt Lake City Code, pertaining to central business improvement districts, be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.36, Salt Lake City Code, pertaining to central business improvement districts, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this 19th day of November, 2013.
