SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. of 27 2014
(Amending the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule
for Urban Vegetable Gardens)
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended to include the credit adjustments for urban vegetable gardens as shown in the attached Exhibit “A”; and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Council finds that the credit adjustments set forth in Exhibit “A” for urban vegetable gardens are necessary, reasonable, and equitable.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be, and is hereby amended, in pertinent part, to reflect the credit adjustments set forth in the attached Exhibit “A” relating to urban vegetable gardens.
SECTION 2. The official copy of the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be revised to include the credit adjustments set forth in the attached Exhibit “A” and a copy of thereof shall be published on the official Salt Lake City website.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
