SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 17 of 2013
(Amending the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule to Modify Athletic Facility Reservation Fees and Food and Beverage Service Permits)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALT LAKE CITY CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE TO MODIFY THE ATHLETIC FACILITY RESERVATION FEES AND THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE PERMITS INCLUDED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2011 the City Council adopted Ordinances 2011-23, 2011-24, 2011-25 and 2012-44 to authorize and create the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended to modify the athletic facility reservation fees and the food and beverage service permits as shown on Exhibit “A”; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds (i) the fees set forth in Exhibit “A” are necessary, reasonable, and equitable in relation to regulatory and service costs incurred by the City; and (ii) adoption of this ordinance reasonably furthers the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Salt Lake City.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be, and hereby is, amended, in pertinent part, to reflect the fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" relating to the athletic facility reservation fees and the food and beverage service permits.
SECTION 2. The official copy of the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be revised to include the fees set forth in the attached Exhibit “A” and a copy thereof shall be posted on the official Salt Lake City website.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon publication.
