SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 9 of 2006
(Bereavement Leave and Dependent Leave Related to An Adult Designee of An Employee)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 34 OF 2005, WHICH APPROVED THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR “900 SERIES” EMPLOYEES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to approve the attached amendments to the Compensation Plan for “900 Series” employees adopted by Salt Lake City Ordinance 34 of 2005. Three copies of said Compensation Plan amendments shall be maintained in the City Recorder’s Office for public inspection.
SECTION 2. APPLICATION. The amendments to the Compensation Plan shall not apply to employees whose employment terminated prior to the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
